The only thing you have to swap over is your flex plate if I remember right. Direct bolt in. Then have PCM flashed.

Agreed. Swap in a stock 6.0 and get a tune for it. Then save for a trans.

fuck that the trans on his truck is a ticking time bomb with the 5.3, i would never put more power to it. trans before motor. trust me.
