My new build - Need help with ideas 2001 GMC Sierra 1500

Fixed the brake lines that needed to be replaced... I will order clear bumper lights tomorrow or the next day, as well as the muffler and intake as soon as Pepboys gets their shit together with re-organizing....
After a few more cosmetic things come in Im going to order the leveling kit
As far as wheels/tires go, ive decided on Raceline Renegade 6, 18x10's and tires would be either fierce attidudes or mud grap 33's
Once this is all done audio is next
Once the salt is off the roads I will be sandblasting/undercoating the frame and stuff
Time to get rolling on this haha

Do the fierces if that's the only 2 tires you like mud graps are possibly the worst tire made also those wheels will look good

The toyo open country m/ts have also been in my mind, ive read great reviews on the fierce tires and they are cheaper than other m/ts at town fair, thanks for the input!

I got my clears on, this weekend ill be getting an exhaust, intake, and possibly ordering some audio stuff.

trucks looking good but do NOT get toyo mt's. worst fricken tires ive ever ran. they are expensive as fuck compared to other tires and ya they look aggressive but mine always packed full of mud and didnt last long whatsoever

Its hard to pick the right tires haha, some reviews for mud graps say they only lasted 15k but others say they lasted well over 50k. Same with toyos. Some people say a certain tire is quieter than the other and others say vise versa.

ordered full lift and wheels today, tires will be in a few. I am going with the toyos despite codys rant on them.

Welp, guy emailed me saying he had only 3 toyos left somehow, so i have no tires now, back to searching
I got the 6inch rcx lift
18x10 renegade 6's polished for wheels
I found a set of Atturo trail blade m/ts for pretty decent price but im not sure about them because i cant find any reviews haha. they look just like toyos
edit: maybe closer to stt's

Nice! But go with Mr.wheeldeal or ebay for tires then imo. That's where I saw them the cheapest when I was looking for Toyos

Edit. And stay away from whatever the hell the other tire you mentiones was loll

Ya Cody is mental... :codeh:

Toyos are the way to go. What lift, wheels, and size tires did you get?

:ayfkm: no. 3 of my buddies and i all rocked the toyos and they wore out faster than any fricken tire. ya they look good and handle decently but they wore so quick and for the money, not worth it :imo:

especially since my cost on one tire was 1300 :nono:

1300 for one tire is fucking ridiculous.. But the 33s and 35s are below/around 350 which isn't all thatt bad. Your honestly the only person I ever (remember) seeing hate their Toyos.. And I did a lot a research when I was tire hunting.

Hell, Jeff (03_z71) has 45k on his 35s and said they're still about 40% left. But like all tires, road conditions, usage, and rotation plays a big role in their longevity

you're*

:cheeky:

and ya i didnt care for them. and they just caked with mud and became slicks which for mud terrains i did not get  but to each their own i guess. i know ill never buy them again

Yeah, reviews ive seen people go 35-50k normally, only a few said they were less than 30k and a couple were even over 50k. I only drive 5-8k a year as well so i will most likely change it up before they run out

College i live in campus so only trips are back home or to wally world. and work is only 2 miles away from my house
