Id just tuck the tips up in further. If theyre welded on hack a section out and use stainless band clamps to put back on

Duplicolor clear can cause your problem. It can change the tint of your color.
would need to expand one of the pipes to slip over the other...
this is why i buy clamp on tips with a small tack weld thats easy to break if i want to re-adjust
Using too fast of an arm movement shouldn't cause burn through on a DA. The slower you go and the more pressure used = more heat and higher possibilities for burn through.
Those things blow more than Alecks. They wouldn't ever seal worth a shit for me

I did and it looked damn near the same. I think the difference is more flake and a deeper color in the right color.shocked you didnt throw a test shot on some paper to see if the color matched before spraying everything.
Less than $20 per roll
Yessir that'd be it
I'm definitely no expert on ac duct insulation nor sound deadening. All I can tell you is what I've heard. The two materials are quite similar and serve the same purpose. The amount/thickness you apply will determine your results. I plan on adding at least one more layer on thr back wall and roof and doing 2 layers on the doors as well as 3 layers on the floor.
