My first truck! 04 Chevro...no wait...yes...no...wait..

That's what it's looking like. I need to find a hvac system diagram. Probably go ahead and replace all 3 so I don't have to fuck with them again for a while, HOPEFULLY.

Picked up a used hydraulic brake booster for $40 today. Still need the pedal and one of the lines.

I'm pretty sure the actuator at the bottom pass side is what needs to be replaced. Also going to pick up a new steering wheel volume control because mine isn't working.

After all this, HOPEFULLY, I can finish colormatching and get a few things done for lst. It would be nice if shit would stop fucking breaking for a while. :rage:

Replaced lower actuator. All is good now. Sold the welds, running gmc's for now. Gonna get paint this week to do the lower valence and rear plastics, put cm mirror caps on, possibly take billet grille off and then once it's closer to lst, I'll put the preds back on for a while. Also trying to gather the rest off the parts needed for hb swap. And I still need to hack tips off and move light pods up so they are less visible. And then I need new tail lights before lst.

Didn't even know you were selling the welds, what made you change your mind? Are you CM'ing the valence and rear plastics or doing them black?

Hope mine is the lower actuator as well. Popping it into neutral and restarting it when I'm rolling down the road pry isn't the best idea.

I never planned on keeping them long because I really wanted 16x12's. I got them cheap, cleaned them up, and flipped them for a profit. And yes I'm colormatching them.

That's what I had to do amd it just got to the point that the driver side would be hot not matter what. If the temperature is the problem in yours, it's the lower actuator.
