You're fine with the head bolts. Put 5k ish on my 370 with arp bolts so far and I spin it to ~6500ish and do stupid shit all the time when I drive it. Just torque them correctly and you'll be fine.
Also, a tip Eddie gave me on the rocker arm bolts. A little dab on blue loctite on each one for peace of mind. He said he found a couple of. His backed out after a few k miles after being torqued properly.
The reason why I haven't done anything is cuz the valve covers weren't flat. I could slide a credit card between the head and sealing surface of the valve cover on one end after tightening the bolts. I'm having them ground flat and should have them back today.
