Just went out and measured, 40 1/2" in the rear and 42" in the front. It's the same height as my cousins leveled HD in the rear, and a touch taller in the front, since you can't run 305s on x12s on just a leveled HD

question on the needles: how do you get them out to clear them without damaging them? I've had NO luck when taking needles out of clusters.

Got a few upgrades done this weekend. Installed a used hydrobooster and hd power steering pump since mine was starting to go out.
It is a pain in the ass to change the ps pump by the way.
And a few pictures of one of our grape harvesters. My truck is filthy right now due to being busy night and day between school and harvest.

Also got my clear tails I was looking for, just need leds for them now.
Also, in the past two weeks I had to pull the intake manifold and changed the rear knock sensor and intake gaskets, along with cleaning all the oil out of the intake. I think a catch can will be one of the next mods, as I am amazed by how much oil was in that manifold.
Got my morimoto retro finished up this past week. I got the 4.1 projectors, 5k H1 bulbs, and plates from slicksierra.
Doing the retro was straight forward, ended up having to bend my shields back to get a blue cutoff, both were yellow/red before.
Onto the pics. I love the output of the projectors, no need for fog lights anymore, and I can easily see twice as much as before with hids in the denali bowls. My fogs look really blue because of smoked lenses too, I'm working on getting clear lenses for them again so my whites match.

Also did a little engine bay cleaning this past weekend. Got a K&N intake tube from a buddy and modified it to fit the factory air box. I then smoothed it out and painted it silver.
Also took some time to clean all the oil buildup off the valve covers now that my intake gaskets don't leak any more oil. Took off the coil packs and cleaned them up as well, two were completely coated in oil, and painted the brackets silver to match the vc's.
It's a subtle detail, but really helped clean up the engine bay Imo. I will probably do a little more painting when I tear down for my cam swap this winter.

It was a bitch, I tried using 100 grit by hand and it didn't do much, had to smooth it with a 120 grit disc on the dremel, and that left a lot of gouges, which meant lots of sanding and filler primer. I got most of it smooth across the front, but the seam along the bottom was pretty rough, along with the corner that goes to the tb. But all in all it looks good, better than the factory tube did.
