Khaos' RCSB Thread

Haha nice dude. It is a lot of work and requires a lot of time and patience. My dad has done it on the side his whole life, so not doing it as a career hasn't burnt him out (yet)

Bryan, what's that meat head been up to? Why did he just decide to vanish from the internet?

Haven't heard anything from the bosses, usually us captains are the first to hear about them.

he is still on FB, he said he travels more for work now, going around NY. and ends up in NYC atleast once a month. he asked me about dirt racing, cuz he goes to the one track up there and watches. I know he had a panic attack yesterday cuz their was a ding in the denali, and he called the paintless dent repair guy right away.

Mob hit :IMO:

nah, he still is their inside for tech

the bayou mob is a different sector than the NE mob. we can only handle bostons crappy accient we cant try to handle the bayous as well.

and actually i was thinking, since your coming down here for school maybe you can bring it up that way to him.

For sure dude, I do plan on coming out to Flemington at some point to our other shop so it wouldn't be an issue for me to grab it and bring it up when I come home occasionally. He is about 45min north of me if I remember correctly

**BIG POST AHEAD**

So I'll start off by stating that the truck is still at stock height. I know "Son I am disappoint" and "you're another Colyn" are bound to come up. DGAF. Basically, I didn't have the time to do everything that I wanted. That And I had to work with my dad's schedule too seeing as he is my helper.

I didn't sit on my ass though, so I'll show y'all what I did accomplish before school started. This is a bit late, but I only got internet today and I was using Fapatalk to post this one.

Onto the pics.

Also got new tires on it last week, mine were shot. Went with the Cooper Discoverer AT3's, they had a nice rebate on them.

And that is where I am at right now. We used most of the quart of paint on just the tailgate, valanace & emblem, so I will need to get more to do the bed. I will be doing it over my xmas break, along with the drop & cleaning everything I can. Sucks it is so far away, but I am happy with the progress I've made on it so far.

Also the mirrors are getting painted too. Just glad it looks less like a pile of polished dented turd.

My truck is still a polished dented, scratched turd  Looks so good dude! I think with that clean of an ass now you might wanna consider a roll pan to complete the look or maybe just painted? Idk but the big chrome bumper looks outta place imo. I worship your greater welding/fabricating and painting skillz cause I have none. If its not bolt on or rattle can I dont have it lol!
***also how much was the trick flow cover?? I have 3 quarts of mobil 75w-90 in my room but I wanna wait until I have a nice cover or atleast a good idea to clean up the old stock one

Thanks man! A lot of the skills are my dads, as I am still a novice at best. I did some non essential stuff

Not a fan of roll pans tbh, so I will probably paint the plastics to make it flow better.

The trick flow cover I got from Summit for 140ish. Couldn't really find it cheaper. It's a great quality cover.

:datass: looks good man, I agree in the painted bumper but even if you just decide to do the plastics I think it will still flow well
