) I had a low mileage engine out of a 2005 LS430, and this car had all the safety features to help ease my wife’s mind about my son learning to drive so I decided to make it his. This thing fought me every step of the way. And I’ve still got more to do. From the exhaust being welded to the headers and the cats, to the exhaust valves being broken off in the cylinders so that I couldn’t rotate the engine to get out the torque converter bolts, all the way down to completely swapping the harness, main and sub oil pans, and all the accessories. Got it all back together, tagged and insured. My son is really enjoying it. I added a Grom Bluetooth adapter so that he can be hands free when he’s driving and can stream music. There’s still more that I have to do but that will come in due time. Here’s some pics of the process. My son even helped.
