My buddy Andrew with the NNBS CC blue granite metallic truck that comes to Carlisle has had no luck with his RCX shocks. Both rear ones blown, one of them twice now. He's looking into Bilsteins....
 
Plus your stock block you removed was a 1.25" block so subtract that from your AAL and new block

jesus the zone 6.5" kit only comes with a 5" block and the AAL is an option. BDS is the same kit with a 5.5" block AND AAL, they must LOVE rake.

another thing ive been pondering since my dad said he didn't know how the red colormatched chrome pieces on the rear bumper would look, that if i should keep the chrome since ive got chrome wheels now if i should colormatch the bumper plastics instead in the rear, but maybe also the front. the combo's that i could do are giving me a headache lol.

I say leave the chrome bar in the front, billet emblem and maybe grille, and chrome rear caps and PTM the grille shell, lower from bumper, rear plastics. Handles you could go either option. Are you keeping the mirrors or getting tows?
 
small update:

spent a buncha money a month or so back after i blew a rear drum line that cost like 1500 or so to replace everything on both sides, so that put me behind on stuff to do.

things done or in motion:

demolded
cm grille purchased
lightbar purchased
ptm bumper bar purchased waiting on paint
rear bumper waiting on paint
rear tailgate handle/door handles waiting on paint
new tonneau cover purchased
end cap bracket purchased
upper plastic valance purchased incase current one thats bent cant be fixed



still waiting on the paint guy, he wants to do everything at once including blending my doors instead of things here or there and has probably delayed me 2 or more weeks since im away all week for work. story on it, when i demolded the doors that there painted, looks like the dealer painted them with the moldings still on. so the front end paint, rear bumper paint, handles paint, doors painted and blended into the rear cab and front fender is gona cost me about a grand.

the main thing that is being held up because of paint is my whole front end work of installing grille, end cap bracket, bumper bar and lightbar because the bumper bar isnt painted, so im not gona tear the front end up twice. big thing is with the end cap bracket the fuckers never replaced from the drunk girl hitting it, my other wheels and tires rub horribly on the driver side.

still things to do are look into exhaust, chrome emblem, get zone UCA's, some braided SS brake lines for front, new pads and rotors, and some clear coat to put on the back of my wheels to stop any further oxidation/pitting once they are cleaned up. exhaust wise i think im going to look into the single pipe from muffler back and just cut/weld it to my current muffler since nothing is wrong with it, but has a y-pipe for the dual. tips are rusted/cracking where they are mounted to the pipes and i wanna do a 6 inch dual wall tip dumped over the axle.

lastly i still need to try and find either 3.5in rear blocks or maybe just get 3in and another AAL so since i cannot find 3.5in blocks anywhere. have some undercoating stuff to put on and my mag hytec diff cover, but other than that once its all finished ill sit on it for a bit.
