Shit, driving that much I'd be buying the first $2k car/mini-truck in decent shape that I could find.
I bought a mint 93' Ranger, 4cyl 5 speed with 73k original miles for $2,150. Tinted the windows and put 10k on that bitch then sold it for $3k lol. But I wish I still had it kay: was so clean. Should have kept it and dropped on Mustang wheels.
