I bought her February 14th 2011. Took me a little while to build her up but I have been slowing adding things and taking off things to make it look right. So here is a little run down of what I did so far.

The first day I got her:

Get rid of the reverse it looks like... I kinda like that but same time couldnt do it to mine unless I had spare set and I would wire reverse into the lower running/brake light so they stayed on together and looked as one. IMO..... clean truck really like what you've done so far.

Yea I thought about it before he sprayed them but it actually looks a lot cleaner after I thought about it. If I need to see when I back up at night, I just turn on my cab lights above the back glass.

But anyway, thanks bro.

Thanks man. When you kandy them, it's a deeper darker red and looks a lot better than that cheap black paint shit.

I realize and know what it means to "candy" tails... I was just asking what reasoning you had for doing them when they were red to begin with and you didnt have to cover up any orange like the 99-02 or gmc's came with.

Yes the lights are red to begin with but when you spray them with a darker red, it gives them a tint which looks a lot better than the regular factory red color. That's why I did it.

Do you understand now?
