Bagged NBS Thread (99-07c) Pics & Discussion 123123

Don't have any pics, but a little wisdom. I mounted my battery behind my front bumper in between the Frame horns and made jump posts in the engine bay incase the truck needed a jump.

A clean way to do the fuze box is to mount it between the hydro boost and the motor, Brett should chime in and post pics of that.

I welded a piece of flat to the side of my frame, ran it vertical and drilled two holes in it to mount my computer which had to be relocated.

Air filter was just $35 worth of shit from oreilleys. Adapter from throttle body to maf sensor and from maf sensor to filter. Can kind of see it here. Just a stubby little thing.

It looks like you're using the stock reservoir. How do you relocate it? Thanks for the reply and info BTW.

I'll try and take pics later. I have mine set back into the core support a little with a little bracket coming off the core support. Haven't seen the truck in so long it's hard to remember.

here's my buddy's I did for 305/30/26

here's the 2 shitty pics i have of mine on my photobucket from after I changed overflow tanks.

that's awesome! Very clean looking engine bays. I am going to start cutting into mine tomorrow and these pics will help a lot. My rim and tire combo measures out to a 30" tall tire but I want to do it once and only once in case for some crazy reason I decide to go to a 24" or even body drop. The more engine bay pics the better.

Also if you don't mind could u snap more pics of your buddies intake? Does he have efans? I didn't think there was enough room to have an air intake setup like that.

My buddy's avalanche has E fan factory. You can buy the collar and shorty filter from advance auto parts, napa, oriellys, ...etc

Also does anybody have pictures of how they mounted the fuse box. Like how the brackets look and where you mounted them. I'm having a hell of a time getting that damn thing mounted.

Nice, the things I think that would set if off are as follows:
1. stock housings or cleared, not tinted.
2. different wheels, I just can't like them
3. paint that black part of the bumper blue, OR even run a chrome one
4. try to mold the OEM foglights in that bumper to make it 100% pure badass
5. black housing mirror with the blue cap instead of black cap with blue housing

I like that color blue!

Don't take it the wrong way, I just think these changes would be a hell of a difference!

Seeing your truck and Wicked's truck makes me regret coilovers! Keep up the good work.
