Finishing up candying tails today. So far have 4 coats on left tail and sanded smoke off of 3rd, candied over whole 3rd bc I never use cargo lights. Will sand out orange peel today and clear polish and whatever. Then to start on other light. Progress pics

left tail light and 3rd brake pretty much done minus polishing, any tips on polishing, what to use etc?

use 2000 or 2500 grit sand paper, wet sand it, and then buff like you would your paint.


i dont get the point of candying a already read tail light :shrug:

It's a little different tint of red. Almost looks a little smoked but not. Oh, and this morning CEL CAME on and "reduced engine power"
Truck had no response and then when I stopped it revved up to like 3.5k rpm. Wtfs going on

you have to have the code read, we can guess all day, mine used to get that for throttle position sensor.
