05 CCSB slow build

Def love my McG flip kit, you wont be disappointed.

Oh, and a four link would alleviate a lot of the problems

So the plan now is to get rid of the belltech kit and run the McG, but Im going to have the saddle welded to the axle.

Current Belltech kit pulls down on the axle tubes.

McG kit uses the oem perch and bolts to clamp down on the axle

Id much rather have the flip kit use 2 plates to try to keep the axle from turning (McG) rather than one (BT).
Having the flip kit saddles welded will prevent this shit from happening again.

I think the bolts stretched after I towed all the tile in the pics I posted some months back. The BT ubolts were beefy as fuck (5/8...Tyler owns them now) but they were too short to use with my helpers so I bought some bolts (9/16) at vatozone and cut to length.

Im hoping that the oem square bolts will hold up better than these autozones and my mexirigged saddles dont fail me.

Any input or ideas how you would do it?

Im going to check mine out later tonight. As per our conversation the other day I am unsure of brand. Everything else is straight Mcgaughys with exception of front rear Belltechs and front BT bumpstops. Need to take off my spare and put in into truck. Too low in rear now and will be fucked when I need it, and Ill add them drop blocks :pisa:
