Realized this past week it's been a year I've owned this Burb. Come a long ways, I guess?!? Still more to go.... :thumbsup:

Now....

Finished my interior overhead, map, and dome LED lights.

Also, installed my front console piece that this Burb never came with. Thanks to my buddy Andy.....

Didn't need to add this piece..... But, it popped up cheap at the junkyard, so we scooped it up!

So I finally tackled a couple projects on my Burb "to-do" list.




DIY 2" BL....

Finished full HD frontend swap. Sanded, primed, painted, and cleared bumper cap, grille, and bowtie. Tackled my extra set of mirrors as well. Pewter with chrome caps. Got it all assembled and adjusted. Raised rear bumper 1" to "split the difference". Didn't want a big gap either under the gate or above the hitch.

And, finally finished paint/clear on my rear gate. I'm not 100% happy with it, so I'll probably work on it again this fall/winter. But, it's WAY better than it has been since I've owned the Burb. Ended up doing a wiper delete mod while I was tackling the usual SUV gate corrosion and PO's crappy DIY job.

Lastly..... sold some parts that were collecting dust and picked up a replacement oem GMC 20. This was to replace the one damaged in the RCSB accident.

Next on the agenda.... cleaning and painting the frame. HD front wheel liners and small rear gap guards. And, then painting the valance black.

I'd never used the wiper anyway. And, I always loved how my old F/S 2dr Blazer looked with a smooth ass and no wiper. So, I decided to just do away with this one. Then, CM'd the rear glass button bezel and gate handle as well.

The FJ Cruisers?!? They're 17s....

I've got 16" stockers off RCSB, 17" FJs, and the 20" GMCs.

I may try and sell the stockers for alittle extra cash. Put that towards two more used Trail Grapplers for the worn ones.
