Edit: rear vv are coming off, lower valance is going black,tailgate handle and bezel are getting painted and one day I'll fix the fgt sagging bumper

Loosen the bolts on the far end of the bumper that holds this bracket on

then take a 2x4 or something similar and put it on a jack.

Then center it under the bracket and jack it up until the gap is closed or to where ever you want it.

Tighten the bolts and lower jack.
