I was referring to removing the molding itsel. heard of people pulling off paint when they remove it

If you just yank it off, use fishing line then use eraser wheel or 3m tape

made my own out of a rubber sanding block and tested it. works damn good. going to finish up the truck tomorrow and post pics.
