under hood lights! I need idea guys.

Just to a push switch that I have mounted on the front of the fuse box behind the battery. 99% of the time when I have the hood open its during the day so I didnt feel the need to get all fancy with an automatic on/off
It was only 24 bucks and the link is on the first page. I have another hour or so before its dark, then night time photos.
Just FYI its 3 7" COB LEDs that are intended to be DRLs. Shop was closed, and pitch black when those pics were taken.
Apparently was too sidetracked by POS 60E taking a dump to take a pic after I put the insulation up, with them off lol

ordered that for under hood, decided a pin switch was PITA to locate and hardly ever use anyway, so decided on a switch. Will run one of these and a pin switch on the gate for the bed.

Have to be installed for pics lol. Theyre still in the box. Though the pic of all the light those 3 cast in front of the truck, should speak volumes lol
Specs say they are 480lm a pop, so 4 of them in the bed would be about as bright as a 4' single florescent bulb in your bed. They look excellent.
My main reason for multiples is to reduce shadows if Im trying to do something, or have something in the bed. My placement under the hood should basically cancel out any shadow should I be doing a repair. Im tempted to order more since theyre on sale. thought about a pair under the gate for more reverse light haha
