just replace it they are cheap, i think i got mine like 4 years ago for 80 bucks or something.

ill try the pressure check bc jared/sam i do see yalls point if it was from the hose it would explain all the spots on the inner fender well and all the coverage from it.
i believe the cracked case but hey spend a little bit for the pressure check do it, then if it doesnt help, im only out a little bit and then get a radiator and idk what it is about me but ill probably end up replacing the upper, lower and other heater hose bc id be replacing the radiator so might as well put some new hoses on as well.
can i put little caps on the openings im not using?

got mine done came with o rings all put together no leaks and im down the road
didnt change hoses just radiator
found out the part that the upper hose connect to the radiator ended up cracking and when we got the hose off the whole thing was broke off in the hose.
