Any of you guys used either brand looking to pull the trigger soon for my ss.

I would love to have arh, but I need to buy just long tubes I don't see the point in buying the others, cause I'm gonna have to have my mid pipes made, tsp is like 370 and stainless steel and the Doug's are 395 ceramic coated

Yes sir and I also paid $800 for the full exhaust when I could have spent $300 on eBay headers and got the same thing. You live and learn.

My thoughts on lpp are personal opinion. I can follow up with why in a pm if needed. No need to cause a thread derail.

Seems like 3/4 of the cheaper ones have fitment problems I want something that's gonna last, and I don't wan to have to beat in primary's to fit, I just need lt's all the ory i don't need any of that, maybe I'm over thinking

calspeed vs lpp

calspeed is 304 stainless, lower grade

lpp 321 stainless, higher grade, welds on 321 are better/stronger on 321 compared to 304, so bonding two pieces of 321 will be of better quality

both will change color, fade, have water stains, etc

i personally have cal speed, cause i was ready to rock an roll, lpp didn't have them in stock for a long time...

the flange and the pipes

i'm happy with calspeed, do i worry about welds braking...not at all, i just take welding seriously lol

If you don't live in a state where metal construction really matters, such as all the southern states, the type of SS really doesn't matter. For normal abuse, they will hold up fine. Many of us here have Cal Speed, some have LPP. Mine work just fine. Not the best quality when compared to higher cost lt's, but I got the same results. Even at 5 more HP, I wouldn't spend extra money on a nicer set. I am satisfied with my $350 to my door headers.
