Tires for stock 18's

As the title states, I need a little help on picking some tires for my stock 18" wheels. Have three main questions.

1) What is a good a/t tire to go with? I want something more on the aggressive side for looks, but need it to perform well on road. I drive on curvy back roads daily, so I can sacrifice some comfort for a harder tire that lasts longer. Also want to keep budget in mind, don't want to pay an arm and a leg for them.

2) I want to go with a wider tire, so what size should I go with? What is the widest I can put on my stock wheels? I'd like to stay around the stock height, but I'd be willing to go up to a 33" if there isn't much of a price difference.

3) If I move up to a 33" tire, will I need to find a handheld to adjust the size to correct the speedometer?

For reference, here is the truck. Nnbs w/ 2" leveling kit. I'll probably be running 2" wheel spacers as well.

Cooper Zeon LTZ, I have had them for the last 50k+ on my 20s with plenty of life left and would recommend them to anyone. They look good and handle awesome, and are very budget friendly. As for sizing I cannot recommend anything, never bought anything for an 18" wheel. Why not just get a mail order tune from someone like Blackbear instead of getting a handheld? They are a vendor here and a ton of members are super happy, it will serve you far better than a handheld.

Also, are you ever going to go with different wheels? IMO there are far better looking stock options out there than what you are currently running, even more in the aftermarket.

On the handheld - I wouldn't purchase one unless I had to, and I would do a custom tune before that. I'd most likely try to borrow one from someone, just didn't know if that was something you have to do or not.

On wheels - I would love to change the wheels up, but haven't been able to find anything. I don't have the budget for new wheels, so I've had to browse cl. Unfortunately, everything here is black, donk, or overpriced. Really the only other thing I could do would be to get some 17" chrome steelies. I have a lead on a set for 150.
 
At the moment, my budget is pretty tight, but it will loosen up over the next year. The misses just started a new job making much better money, but we are trying to build up some savings.

If I do eventually get new wheels, they will be bought with tires at the time of purchase. Also, if I go with 20's, I have a set of tires that I can put on them if I can't buy tires right away. My current wheels would be come my winter wheels to preserve my other wheels. Therefore, they would still need tires.

The reason I'm looking at tires now is so that I can know what I want whenever I go to replace my current tires. The current ones are OK, but have some uneven wear from the guy I bought them from. Keep in mind that I bought these for $50 to get me through the winter.
