Switchbacks..trouble

When I put my resistors in, I only wired in one resistor per side.

I wired a 6 OHM 50 watt resistor into the brown wire between the two bulbs, and then the black ground wire going from the bottom bulb to the plug (Like shown on the bottom of the diagram you posted). I did this on the driver and passenger side. I also removed the 194 bulbs. But my switch backs are working perfectly.

Also, have you tried hard wiring the resistors into the harness (twisting the wires into the others)? That way you know it is making connection. Because most people is you are using scotch locks, they will not make good connection, therefore it would act as the resistors are not even connected, causing the hyper flash.

So I would twist the wires together and give it a try.

That actually makes prefect sense as to what could be causing your issue.

Well I planned on eventually going back in and hard wiring everything. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't

not meaning to thread jack, but if I put regular LED bulbs in my turn signal sockets of my nnbs what all is needed so they do not hyperflash? thanks!

You mean HD flasher module. Basically it won't give a fuck about the lower resistance of the LED bulbs so it won't hyper flash.

1 resistor per bulb on NBS Matt. Cross brown to black wire with the resistor for the signals.

Try the LED signal bulbs in your tails first and see if they hyperflash. If they do then splice in resistors there too.
