just took some fender measurements on my 2500hd front is 39.75" back is 41.50 that is 1.75" of rake

i don't rub in the front any more running the 305/55/20's if i go and drop the back down with 2" shackles i heard it will give me 1"-1.5" of drop is this right ?
how much extra drop will removing the overload give on a 2500hd ?

Truck have stock blocks? As far as im aware 2" shackles set in the top hole give you 2" :shrug:

You might get .5" from overload

truck has no blocks, can i set shackles in bottem hole to get 1" drop? becasue my overload since HD is like 3/4" thick so in total i think i will have 2" drop

and i want to remove overload to make it ride nicer

Yea you can set shackles to drop 1" and overload might give 1" on 3/4 ton.. im not sure

i can just remove overload, and then see where the shakles make it end up..?.. i just don't wana run mad lean till these tires are worn out cause it will look stupid for another year ...

Yea id pull overload if you plan on it anyway then put the shackles on at 1" and if it needs another inch just set them at 2"
