bilsteins are the cheaper than fox are comparable. I have them on all four corners and my truck rides nicer than a stock truck

From playing around with both Nitro Drop 2s and Street Performance here is my 2 cents.
0" to 4" drop Nitro Drop 2s. They seem to be more comfortable
5" to 8" drop Street Performance. You need the stiffness when a drop that low.
Currently I am running Street Performance on my NNBS with a 8" drop. I can't complain. I run about 10psi in my Airlift helpers too.

I have no idea what PN mine are. but pretty sure theyre too short for my 3" drop, even though thats what I bought them for :shrug:

The SP's are a twin tube shock. Here are some differences between the older/economical twin tube design and the modern monotube design - KYB Americas Corporation Shocks & Struts | Technical Information | Monotube vs Twin-Tube
A monotube shock is more likely to suit your needs and perform better, Bilstein 5100's are monotubes, Fox 2.0 and OE replacements are monotube based shocks, a better choice in most cases.
Bilsteins seem to be a good blend of value and quality, for about ~ $50 more per shock you could go with something like Fox's which are more expensive initially but are cheaper over the long run because you can rebuild them fairly easy ( and for less then then the price of an equivalent Bilstein)

I plan on running fox shocks to match my coilovers, just have no clue as to which one, or length for my drop. I'd like to have one capable of 6-8"
I run Doetsch Nitro Slammers on my crew cab, love them pretty firm, but its what i needed being so low in a crewcab
