Retrofitting NNBS fogs

What I would do if I were in your shoes is look into a retrofit with Morimoto mini D2S O lenses, and I think it's the Iris style shroud that fits those lights almost perfectly. Your new lights will be stupid easy to open because 90% of aftermarket lights are sealed with butyl instead of permaseal.

The output/price ratio of those projectors is pretty awesome.

I've been kinda ify about these black headlights guys. I mean they look good in the picture online lol and in person but not on my grey truck. So I decided to go ahead and attempt to clear my stockers. I thought it was goin to be a pain in the ass but hell it's pretty easy if you take your time! I did one headlight in a couple hours. I'll post pics in a sec

If you have them open already make them look like the ones Pat posted.

Too late lol guess ill be blinding the shit out of everybody!

those are pretty badass! hmmm i can sell these black lights along with my led tails and buy some new stockers and the projector and shroud.

If you but aftermarket replacements, you can open them in the oven without cutting

how do they last though. i had a few buddys buy aftermarket stockers and the lenses got cloudy after a year. i don't want to do a nice conversion like that just for the lens to fog up in a year.

I know guys in the business that'll actually clear coat their lights too, especially after a wetsand/buff restoration.

Mind you you've already got your current lights apart, they probably wouldn't be bad to open back up. Run the black ones while you retrofit your stockers.

That looks great, thank you for not running the black ones. The fogs are close, but missing something, colormatch the buckets they sit in or put the reflector back in all cut up.
