2013 CCSB 5.3L 6L80 3.42s lifted on 33s. airaid MIT, mangnaflow 3", bb 91 tune, and I drive aggressively. I average 13mpg

And to add my numbers: 2013 CCSB 5.3 2wd 6L80E 3.42's stock + tonneau cover I avg 19-20mpg each tank. About 6k miles on truck now.

my mileage went to shit ....with the winter gas i guess went from 16.7 too 14.25 .... and i haven't changed my driving style .... can anybody confirm shitty winter MPG's ?

winter gas is normally better gas then summer IIRC except in diesel

Wrong, winter gas has butane in it. The winter blend will evaporate to much, so they can't sell it in the summer. The reason they do the winter blend is it is cheaper than the summer blend.

ahhh ok well i am definitely seeing close too 8% decrease in mileage but i guess engine has to warm up in the morning when leaving so running a higher rpm for a few more minutes then it does in the summer

Exactly.

Between more idling, and less efficient fuel it kills my mpg.

idk did full tank highway trip ave speed probably 75 wiht 35's and 4.88's pulling around 2500rpm got 13mpg.

I get like 18 or so on the interstate, haven't calculated yet. 6.2/6L80E 3.42 gears im guessing and at 70mph it runs about 1700rpms. City mileage isnt cool :iamdisappoint:

I can't for the life of me get any better than about 17 1/2 mpg. I do about 95% hwy driving. My truck's a '13 CCSB 4x4 5.3 AFM bone stock.
