I'd just run it with no 3rd. Nobody around here will even notice that lol. Literally the only vehicle laws that get enforced here are emissions in some counties and tint in certain towns. Otherwise it's a free for all down here

we dont have to have a third brake light, its just if you have one it has to work. if there is nothing there its not against the law.
