That would be correct, c10=2wd k10=4wd same with c/k20 and 30. Very late in the run (I forget the year exactly but I believe 87 is when it changed) they went to R/V for 2/4 wheel drive. Have no idea why and it's not widely known

My old 91 92 93 and 95 said K1500 on insurance an titles
 
Yeah, my 05 and both 06s did too. It was just for the extreme late square body style, right before the 1500s changed to the 88-98 OBS and the 2500s stayed OOBS till 92. Then they went to k1500 instead of k10

Haha I see them pop up from time to time on some of the pages I follow but the majority are lowered or stock.
