All the known issues with my Tahoe were noted and discussed prior to him buying. It started right up after sitting for 8-9 months in the garage, before that it set a year before being turned over one weekend for diagnostics. Only thing new was the cats...but with that old of a vehicle, that will happen.
Shit, I put all new plugs, wires, cap and rotor on that thing before he got it. And I told him...that was a waste of money on his part. I think he didn't believe me, and wanted to try that before the injector assembly. Which I told him was 90% most likely the cause of the misfire, and it was. I was just done fucking with it. It needed to have the title changed from VA to TX, registered and inspected, injector, shocks, tie rods, and tires due to dry rot. I have pics of the day it left...
