I assume that people are adding a certain amount of black to the clear? I see these term "cleared" all the time so that's all I can assume they are doing?
Clearing the headlights means opening them up and removing the orange reflectors then resealing them. Nothing to do with paint.
its really easy to do. just take your time...i started mine one night, glued them together and came back to put them on around lunch the next day
My schedule is so busy I like the idea of just sending them off. I may have them paint matched as well. Looks killer!
