I think it's a Monte Carlo tilt column. It had a blue monte carlo wheel attached to it that appeared to be original. I added the OBS steering wheel. It's my go to for these trucks, cheap, looks good, and works.

All of dem lol. My 70 is driveable, just not enjoyable after about 20 minutes cuz manual steering/brakes/3 on the tree

3" spindles, unknown drop coils (2" I think), heated coils in rear.
Front suspension/disk brakes came from a member of our car club, he went all tubular and new for his 72 GMC so I got his old disk brakes, control arms, and coils for free.
fresh photos, test drive shows that I have a caliper dragging on the front. I'll have to tear back into the brakes again. But in the mean time here's some eye candy
Thanks, it's getting closer and.closer to how I want it. Hopefully I can wrap it up soon and start the next project.
