Hello,

I just purchased an '06 Silverado ECSB with the 4.8. I have not had a truck in quite a few years and am looking forward to driving and doing a few mild mods to this one. I had some reservations on the 4.8, but it drives well and hopefully isn't too bad on gas.

Thanks guys, and no worries on the off comment there, LOL. I live in the NW part of Houston.

It's a 2WD and unfortunately, I just broke my passenger door handle. :embarassed:

It's the exterior one. Do you have to loosen and move the window to get the old handle out? Watched a video on the replacement and they dropped the window down to access one of the bolts holding it on.
