Mah trucks

My buddy should be wrapping my front and rear bumpers, bumper cap, chrome strip on grill, and mirror caps in white vinyl tomorrow..

i plasti dipped the grill mesh tonite, and am doing the valance tomorrow

gotta pull that lower pad off, along with the lights n shit tomorrow.. the tailgate handle color looks so damn far off in the pic.. weird.

buddy wrapped my front and rear bumpers, and my mirror caps. was gonna do my bumper cap, but didnt quite have enough vinyl to do it "right" and im gonna hold of on doing grill white and just upgrade to 06 front. lot of black and white up front haha. gonna get the bumper cap painted white when i have the new hood painted, and the grill done in all white.

gonna see about wrapping the chrome on the eskys, along with the chrome in the side trim.. im scared to remove the trim as the truck has had some paint work done to it..

only pics i have.. took some night ones as i was coming in, but they look horrid with the dew all over the truck..

Yeah. My buddy used to wrap vehicles. I got all the vinyl for 90$. Would of been cheaper but idk what I was measuring cause I didn't have him get me enough lol. Oh well. Still cheap compared to getting it painted. It's vehicle media. Hoping rock chips don't destroy it. If I can get a couple years out of it I'll be happy.
 
thanks. i think its to much of a black/white combo up front. looks funky IMO. i was REALLY wanting to get the bumper cap done in white, but it just wasnt working with what we had.. but its all good. truck looks funny stock height with white letters on tires too so it all goes funky with each other. Hitting up a few Junk yards today, doubt id find a bumper cap very cheap that was white, AND in decent shape.

pulled my stock handles apart too and wrapped one handle last night. i didnt do that great of a job, but with my buddy showing me tips, i can make em look good.

Should have done the chrome bar on the grille in white and keep the black bowtie. :imo: How did you get the pull off of the bucket on the handles? The ones I have look to be riveted on. Did you just drill the rivet out?

He was going to. Then the bumper cap went to shit, and I was on CL and found a decent deal 06 hood and grill. So I'll be doing those all white, with black emblem. And white cap.

I need to. I wasn't thinking last night when I plastidipped it. I cracked the emblem in half when I was taking it apart. IDGAF lol
 
That Luv is sick! (that's a sentence I never thought I would have said in this lifetime) btw, I have 3" angled blocks sitting in my garage that I bought years ago. I don't think I'm going to use them. If you're interested shoot me an offer.
