Yeah I don't come close to rubbing up front anywhere but the front bumper cover.
So I'm getting on a plane right now to head to Chicago for the day, should be landing back in Boston at 4 and then getting right to work on this thing.
Last night I got a good amount done, got everything off the front of the truck minus the front diff. I had to cut the passenger side upper ball joint to get it out. I have a ball joint press, I should be able to remove the factory ball joint with the press right?
As for the brake rotor, I heated that fucker and beat the piss out of it, with no success. I'm just going to buy a new wheel bearing for that side and say fuck it. So after I get home today I will stop by vatozone and get a new wheel bearing and upper ball joint. I'm think I will just replace both upper ball joints.
Tonight my plan is to drop the diff, grind and cut it swap the new axle seals in and some new fluid in it. I also want to get the ntbd brackets bolted into the lower a-arms. Tomorrow morning will be putting it all back together.
