My wife bought a portable dvd player with 2 screens on black friday from Wal-Mart. Aside from disks getting scratched an not being able to read them at it won't power on an when it does it cuts in and out. So we are looking for a better option to use in the vehicles. She has a kindle but says it wont hold more an episode or two. That being said its mainly for the one year old to entertain her on our hour long drives. Step son plays games on his kindle. So looking to see what yall would recommend

I put an Audiovox(I think) 13" flip down in my mom's van, install isn't to bad and has pretty good picture.

I thought about that but I have a sunroof. Not sure if it'd affect it or not

I have a pioneer double din in deck dvd/nav with in motion unlocked. Hooked that up to the overhead drop down and my daughter is content on roadtrips. I control the dvds and audio up front.

^^^This. I have the dual screen DVD players also but use the inputs from my indash to control them.

I jus need an upgrade that wont break I guess. Or a tablet we could download episodes on for free. The screen stopped working after a month. Also scratched up a few dvds pretty good. Not sure I want to put a drop down in as id like to swap from either of our vehicles.
