Yea I'm getting drilled and slotted ones. Just threw r hese back on so I wouldn't lose anything. And yea I'm really not feeling the color of the axle either.

I hate the stock frame. Its ugly. I was gonna do just the back half but i wanted to body drop it. So I decided to go with a new frame instead of cutting the floor of the cab up too
 
I thoughtb of that myself too but ended up deciding against that route.

imo is the way to go for bodying to keep the floor stockish... i actually want to put chassis in cab to actually lay door
 
Yea I just dont have the room or facilities to do a full frame build

It was a pain in my ass just getting the truck perfectly level. My floor is level, however its got subtle dips and waves. Didnt realize it until my measurements started being inconsistent. Thankfully I caught on early enough to come up with a solution.

we have a "jig" basically a lifted section of flooring with MDF sheets thats been all leveled out with a good flatness, plus being raised its not too bad working on the frame cause dont gotta be all the way to your toes
 
Yea if I was doing it more often or had a bigger shop I'd def build a jig or raised level floor.
