My calspeeds fit perfectly on my 2wd. Iv heard good things about the new Texas speed and performance LT header kits for the 99-07c, again this is for 2wd only.

Stainless really isnt much more, may want to check them out.
Then again calspeed/tsp/lpp/PS id say are all budget headers.

I have none of that flaking that Ed has, and I was one of the first to get a set. Could be a result of shitty finish, or something getting on them and heating up. But for the price, they are still better than pacesetter unless coated, and then I am pretty sure that puts pacesetter much higher.

There is also a few threads in pt.net with guys running 4x4 and cal speed with NO issues, and there are guys having issues with LPP for those who say all LPP fits 4x4 when Cal Speed doesn't.

There are also a couple that ran kooks and had issues, issue can arise. Be prepared for that. Kooks and ARH are some of the better brands for sure, but fuck spend double or more for headers considering the little amount of power you get, and the smaller difference between entry level and higher end tubes.
