Well ive been sitting on this LQ4 a while,actually sold it to a buddy them decided to buy it back after going to Jackson for PT.Net meet
So 82xxx LQ4/80e trans picked up,sold the trans,since mine is build with gobs of warranty,and the guy is good who build it and he says it will hold so we will see..
My 4.8 has been doing great but im looking for more
Basically 204k 4.8,built 60,40k,K&N,216/224 .551 115,circleD3200,tb bypass,LS1fans,LPPs with custom ORY,TT,411s
It gets out its own way for what it is
its got like 14 passes of 2.1 '60,14.5s,trapping 95
Popped the heads off the 6.0 today be be quite disappointed
Cyl 3^ ,6,7,8 also had some but wasn't nothing like 3,its pitted pretty well
Was planning a light hone and re ring but decided im going 370,and go ahead and throw some flat tops in
The whole motor is just all nasty and would like to go through the bottom end and check things out but it will stay stock for the most part
I should be dropping it off next week hopefully to the machine shop
Geoff at EPS had spec'd me a 224/230 .607/609 111 for the 6.0,but called today and he is working on new specs for the 370,so i will report back as far as that goes

I will be updating as new parts arrive and machine works comes back
