I ordered my colormatched handle from them for my rcsb probably a year ago. Only complaint I have would be shipping. Took about 2-3 weeks

Havent gone with them because of the stories, and I can pay $1.00 to $10.00 more from my local dealer and have it in a day or so

Go to gmpartsonline. Much better than gmpartsdirect and I have dealt with both. There is no customer service number for gmpartsdirect either.

I ordered a colormatched tailgate handle from gmpartsdirect.com a couple weeks. They had to order from somewhere/ find my part but it will be here wednesday and thats all I care about.
