You need to put IMG tags around the link. Most sites do it for you like
Www.tinypic.com or www.photobucket.com but all I did was take your link and put it in between tags like this
[I MG]link[/IMG]

(Don't put a space between the I and the M. I did that just to show you what it looks like.
