No they aren't I didn't drill out the spot welds that held the inner tub on. I just cut it at the lip to maintain strength and they are cut to keep alot of the strength in them.

Yeah mine arent at all. Just be mindfull of what you are cutting.

Well took the truck down to Showfest 2013. Drove just fine just has an alignment issue. While I was down there I broke my big aluminum driveshaft in half so I have aquired a 2pc from a NBS excab that I'm going to rebuild and get it installed so I don't have any issues anymore.
