only 1 stud broke of the manifolds :notbad: but it's broke off inside the head and i cant grab it with a vice grip :fp:

Is there any sticking out?, if so you could possibly put a notch in it with a die grinder and use a flat tip screw driver or screw bit in a socket?

non of it is sticking out, and it's about 1/16 of an inch inside the head, so i don't have much room to weld a nut to it, but that's what i might have to try

I was stuck between building or camming. But I decided to throw it in stock then procharge it down the road

Drill, tap, helicoil, done. Had to do this a few times at stealership when I worked there, need to do this to my 04. Take your time, make sure you are in the center of the bolt and put a longer one in the next closest hole for a guide. When I did it I would drill a little and stop to check/lube it again, continue drilling. That or an easy out would be worth trying.
