First system build/ish need help

I have an 03 with the factory bose system, just bought the pictured subs for $65...2 12" infinity 800w max and a 400w legacy amp... This is like chinese for me.

First question. Has anybody ever hooked subs up to the factory headunit? Not looking to spend a ton of money replacing it. I hear they have adapters to do so, not sure of the sound quality.

Second question. If I do decide to get a heat unit (the benefit of having aux pushes me this way) what is the cheapest route I can go and keep the bose amp and speakers hooked up?

3rd question. Can i fit these under the seat in a truck box?

I order pac kit to do my sisters Yukon with a L7 a few years ago. Worked perfectly. She eventually had me pull it all out a few months ago because she got old lol. But I'd say it was in there for 4 or 5 years

Most problems with audio system are based on poor install techniques not so much equipment. My brothers crew cab has super cheap equipment and still functions fine because the installer did everything properly.
