Threads for the truck are scattered around, but i decided (after seeing Sam's build thread) that i should keep a single thread chronicle of my build. i always regret not having one for hells1.
so to catch the thread up-to-date:
I purchased the truck in June of 2014.
2014 Reg Cab WT2. Cam with a 5.3 l83 and 3.42 gears. had 7 miles on it lol (you can see my pile of shit jeep in the background. can't believe they gave me 2500 for it!)
The day i bought it...I drove it off the lot and ordered the drop kit. but first, a little debadging had to be done.
finally got the drop on. thanks for Blackjack Speedshop
I am not a fan of that rear bumper...time to go.
and install the street scene rollpan..
friend of mine got tired of my truck rolling on stockers...so he gave me these:
got them installed and the stock exhaust removed for a dynatech split-flow dumped behind the axle.
cleaned up:
a few months later...some shitty fucking deer bolts out in front of me..
insurance is all over it...so i decide to get the front bumper color matched and the rollpan painted finally.
The centerline wheels were always meant to be temporary wheels...until i could afford new ones. After annoying the active members greatly for months, i made my choice.
i'm expecting them in around a month from intro.
