De-Redneckification of Mr Pate's 03 Duramax

I have a 12' roll of strip leds :secret:

James, what did you use for power?

You could use the trailer wirning if you want, they have a constant hot in the harness. You won't have to run wires from the battery all the way to the bed then.

Could do a switch like they use for a hood light

But wouldn't they come on in the day time also? Would rather just put a small rocker switch in the bed. :imo:

I have mine set up that way but the switch is in the cab. He said he had a tonneau so it would be dark all the time in there.

Finally got around to doing leds in some of my interior

Damn that's nice, and seems 10x easier than soldering each bulb! It creates an even light across all of the cluster with no hot spots? :seemslegit:

You just mark them before you pull them off. One of the write ups I saw showed how to get them back in the same spot

Went to do the strobes in the headlights and running lights, then decided to pull the headlights apart lol
