Couldnt find any boxes that would give me enough volume so i made my own and utilized the upper part of the factory console. I like it and it gives me 2.2 cuft3 with a precision port 3 inches tuned to 30hz. I have a NVX1222 sub on a Skar LP1000.1 amp. Gets pretty loud.

Its a flared precison port. At current levels no noticable port noise. Plus wouldnt that raise the tune?
It would raise the tuning. So just lengthen the port. I think you are actually choking the sub out right now
