Got the truck sometime at the end of 2010 maybe start of 2011 dont remember anyways, was garage kept and when I say that I mean the man stored it in his huge warehouse like shed with his boats and motorcycles. Had 115,000 miles and was super clean outside and in no dents no chips spotless.. Gave $10,500 for it with 115,000 miles.

Charcoal Cloth Interior w/ Jumpseat
17" Alloy Wheels, Fog Lights, Towing Package, pretty much everything but leather and XM and I didnt mind the leather part missing.

It ofcourse had the ugly chevy pin stripes and bug deflector and all that junk.. was gone within first few days of having it home.

Then I got the LTZ 20's...

Sold the old 17's :mistake: and demolded/debadged somewhere along the way...

And got some 275/45's..

Pics of colormatching it came somewhere along all of this I cant remember now..

12K HIDs (Now sold)

Bedlined rear fenders and cut off exhaust pipe and painted black..

Then decided to paint grille inserts, behind grille and valance...

Painted frame..

Painted my underhood plastics and installed a K&N 57 Series FIPK..

Then had a custom made 24x10x8 Bassani DI/DO exhaust made and installed with black slashed tips infront of the rear tire...

And finally it was drop time...

Long stroy short. It got slammed...

Rasied crossmember..

Then boxed and bridged the rear frame..

Do you plan on raising you rear seats to run those subs?

My sundown is 4.75" and without raising the seat it really doesn't work...I need another 1" minimum so I can have it in there comfortable, maybe 2".

Pics make it look a lil cleaner than it actually is Colyn, thats why he says this, but, for its milage, age, and young driver, its still clean for sure...

Truck only has 3 small tiny dents all on pass side, and only other spots is a place where paint is coming off on hood and something scratched around rear pass side fender well... but it will get repainted one day and fix all the small stuff then. But for now to get everything else done..

Do you plan on raising you rear seats to run those subs?

If I have to yes, will just make the seat mount flush on top of box and secure it some way.. I had 12's they defenitly wouldn't fit then got 10's and they're still alittle too big so now time for 8's when I decide to get audio done.. its getting time my Sony components are starting to go this next time around ill go with fosgate or someone a lot better..

If you can find a better way I am all ears too! I've heard people say use washers, but you will still be lifted, and put more stress on those bolts, just seems unsafe as shit!
