Excuse the filthy windshield, we've had a surge in bugs this last week. Ex cop Caprice with some ugly ass mirror tint and some baller rims.

I wonder why that's already an "ex" cop car. You would think that would still be in service, considering how many Vic's still are. I wonder if there were significant problems with that car.
 
They’re going cheap right now locally. The used caprice cop cars. Saw one the other day for like $8k and didn’t have that many miles.

I actually don't hate them. They're aggressive looking as hell. One of my coworkers wife just got one (a non-R), they're super nice and well optioned for the price. I think hers is only 1 step down from fully loaded, has leather/sunroof/entertainment group/hill assist/traffic braking and was only like 26k
