Anyone seen wiring like this for them?

I know the yellow RCA is the video feed and the red wire on it is the power, but what the hell is the other one? Kinda looks like a power adapter to me. Camera came with no instructions and no help/response from seller/maker.

Does that bottom plug wire into reverse lights at all? Like to know when to turn on/off when in reverse? Only thing that comes into mind.

Plus on the link it looks like that black plug has a shorter length of wiring with it

Looks just like this.

that should plug into the camera and work as your power, wiring the black and red into your wiring where ever you want. dont worry about the red cable on the rca, wire like this.. you might need your glasses for this one :cheeky:

that wire on the rca is for taping into your reverse lights. when the lights are triggered, it turns the camera on too, so it isnt on all the time

So the second wire(with the adapter plug) would be if I want to connect it to a switch?

I would ignore the red wire on the RCA cable. The rca goes from HU to camera, then the other plug goes from camera to ground and your reverse power wire. I forget where I ran mine too, I think I ran it into the cab and tapped the power wire for the headunit. then the reverse sensor wire goes from the hu to the wiring harness under the dash and you will be good to go. I see no reason to be powering the rca.

^^^This.

Yeah me too. If I wanted to connect it to a switch to turn on and off does this diagram look correct?
