Always loved the look of those wheels! There's a reason they are so popular and that's because they look great.
I have as well, wanted to do this for years. I wanted 22s forever, but fell in love with the x10s.
I bought a portable sandblaster today to get the trans spotless before I paint it. Been smoothing burrs and casting lines off of oil pan, inspection cover etc. Still need ti order my powder for accessory brackets and pans. Also kinda holding out til I get a nice digital in lb torque wrench, and digital ft lb. Been helpin neighbor w his 68 camaro iron ls1 t56, 4 linking and adding ridetech coilovers.

Finally got off my ass and did something :imo engine was assembled when I got off work, got it to this, Im grinding out all the ugly slag and such from casting GM leaves on the inspection cover/oil pan etc, making it nice and smooth/clean before I decide to powder/paint. Was pretty clean inside the ol 6L.

I've piled a lot more shit up around it! :crazy: Works been crazy, gf was jobless, fucking with other projects etc. Buttttt.....GF got a job last week, so, I drop dees off with powder guy tomorrow (along with a bunch of parts for my buddys lightning) when I get it back I'll be ready to reassemble the motor finally.
Removed all part numbers and casting slag. Will also do valve covers. AC brackets. Etc.
Bought another 6L some more 243s blah blah. Nothing interesting
